    Friendly, helpful and professional staff

    Excellent food. Clean and spacious rooms. Convenient location near golf club. Beautiful and no noise around. Excellent service and attention to detail. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Extra perks like late check-out and special requests accommodated.

    I had an amazing stay at this hotel with really good staff who were helpful and professional. The hotel grounds were fine and I particularly enjoyed lounging in the SPA deckchair area and exploring the converted chapel. The location close to nature was also a highlight, perfect for a weekend getaway or week-long stay. the cleanliness of the public areas and rooms were very excellent.

    The hotel location was great, close to a national park with stunning wildlife and beautiful parkland. The food was particularly delicious, with multiple dining venues to choose from - we especially enjoyed the gourmet dining experience in the newly renovated chapel. The holiday decor was also festive and added to the Xmas spirit.

    The pool was not heated properly and too chilly to use. The staff was not particularly friendly or accommodating, making us feel unwelcome.

    This hotel is an ideal luxurious getaway with exceptional exclusive amenities. the spa & wellness centre was outstanding, offering an array of body treatments and a steam room, ensuring I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the restaurant served delicious cuisine and the bar area had a fantastic atmosphere for evening drinks. The location advantages were perfect, surrounded by serene nature with a stunning sun terrace and garden area to enjoy. Cons: the heated swimming pool was the only minor issue, as it was colder than expected. this did not take away from the overall luxurious experience that this hotel provided.

    The location was perfect for a peaceful and quiet new year's celebration surrounded by nature. the complimentary breakfast buffet had a good variety of dishes, including some regional specialties. the onsite spa facilities were a great addition to the stay, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

    The room was a bit dated and lacked modern amenities. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and often unreliable.

    the SPA DeckChair area was also a relaxing place to be in, with a nice view of the surroundings. the service was great, the staff members courteous and always willing to help. the room was clean and comfortable, with modern design and a small sitting area.

    The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and the staff at the reception not very welcoming.
